Eric Teasley joined Wharton-Smith as a Project Superintendent in 2014, bringing with him 15 years of construction industry experience. In 2017, Eric was promoted to Senior Project Superintendent and has recently become an Area Superintendent. Before joining Wharton-Smith, Eric worked for Layne Christensen Company as a field engineer and superintendent. Prior to that, he worked for Batson-Cook Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Eric is responsible for oversight and management of construction operations in the field. He is involved in estimating and operations, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and to the highest quality. He is also responsible for scheduling and coordination, jobsite safety, inspections, and hiring and training workers. Eric graduated with honors from Southern Polytechnic State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. In his spare time, Eric enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son in their hometown of Thibodaux, Louisiana.
