Central Florida Veterans Memorial Park

A joint community project, the Central Florida Veterans Memorial Park honors veterans from six Central Florida counties who served in every war since World War I. It is the only memorial park in the nation that sits adjacent to a Veterans Administration Medical Center providing healthcare for the veterans themselves and a healing place for the family and friends of the fallen.

The project was designed and built through the efforts of many who donated time, services and helped raise funds for the project. Wharton-Smith provided construction for the Memorial Park on a “no fee” basis.
