In 1994, Bob Hahn joined the Wharton-Smith family as a Project Engineer. In July of 2018, Bob was named Vice President of Water for Central and West Coast Florida. In this role, he provides more than 30 years of expertise in the development of potential projects, project needs, budgets, schedules, and ensuring that all projects are consistent with the policies and procedures we call the Wharton-Smith Way. Bob is passionate about corporate citizenship and community relations. He maintains strong industry and community networks by participating in organizations like the Boys & Girls Club and Leadership Seminole. In addition to his professional experience, Bob has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University. He earned his Florida Professional Engineer license in 1997. Bob lives in Sanford, Florida, with Ashley, his wife of 19 years, his two daughters Taylor and Morgan, and a French bulldog named Louie. He is a huge fan of Ohio State football and basketball, and as a golf groupie, he attends many pro events. Business philosophy: Do the fundamentals well, then the rest of it takes care of itself.
