Jeffery Williams

Jeffery Williams, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of construction industry experience, was promoted to Director of Operations—West Coast Commercial in March 2024 after serving as a Project Executive since July 2022. He now provides oversight to the commercial division offices along the West Coast of Florida, including Pensacola, Tampa, and North Port. In this capacity, Jeffery is dedicated to increasing the utilization of Corporate Services support for all regional Florida West Coast offices including maintaining, as well as increasing client relations.

Jeffery has 12 years of experience with Wharton-Smith, starting as a Project Engineer Intern in 2004 and working his way up to Project Manager in 2013. He returned to Wharton-Smith in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager after working as an Owner’s Rep for eight years. Jeffery graduated from Florida A&M with a B.S. in Architectural Studies and a 5th-year Professional Bachelor of Architecture and is also a Florida-Certified General Contractor.

Jeffery is a community advocate, volunteering for organizations such as the American Cancer Society, BeUnlimited Inc., the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, Holy Trinity Church of God in Christ, and a host of other community-based organizations. People growth in all areas of life is also a personal passion of his.  In his free time, Jeffery enjoys motorcycling, jiu-jitsu, traveling the world with his wife and son, as well as a host of other interests.
