Sarah Hohman is a passionate creative, community leader, and brand strategist who recently transitioned from an 18-year career at AdventHealth to pursue her long-held passions in music and personal branding. Most recently serving as the Executive Director of Community Strategy and Learning Enterprise, Sarah built a legacy of impact through consumer, digital, and experiential marketing, always with a focus on community connection and transformation.
Originally from Arkansas, Sarah was awarded a choral scholarship to the University of Mississippi, where her love for the performing arts and community service deepened. She has since continued blending these passions—recently winning the mirror ball trophy at Embrace Families’ Dance, Dream & Inspire event, and performing at venues such as Carnegie Hall Steinmetz Hall. She has also sung the National Anthem at major sporting events, including the Daytona 500 Qualifier, NASCAR CokeZero400, Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, and Solar Bears games. Additionally, her first Christian music single was released in early 2025, reflecting her commitment to using her voice to inspire others.
She remains active in civic and leadership roles across Central Florida, including service through Rotary, Leadership Seminole Class 21, Leadership Summit co-chair, and Leadership Orlando Class 99. After three terms as Secretary of the Leadership Seminole Board of Directors she has been named chair of the board for 2026-2027.
Sarah lives in Seminole County with her husband of 18 years, Wes, and their four children. When she’s not working or singing, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at sports events or working out with Wes.
