Cypress Ridge Elementary School Cafetorium

Wharton-Smith provided the Lake County School District, CM at Risk services for the construction of Cypress Ridge Elementary School Cafetorium. The Cafetorium building is a Pre-Engineered metal building with a concrete masonry block exterior. Inside, the building houses a full-sized kitchen with receiving area and dedicated offices, serving lines, an elementary school stage, an auditorium/multipurpose dining area, and classrooms for science and music. The project also included a new parking lot with a parent drop-off loop, exterior dining area, site, and utility improvements as well as phased demolition of the old cafeteria building.
