Harbour Island Marina and Resort

Wharton-Smith International LLC has been engaged by 4M Harbour Island Limited to act as the Owner’s Construction Administrator for the first phase of redevelopment of the Harbour Island Marina and Resort in the Bahamas. The 27-acre property will be designed into a “world class, state-of-the-art yacht based resort community with a wide array of amenities consisting of a marina, clubhouse, restaurants, and a retail and resort residential community to include single and two story town homes.” As the Owner’s agent, Wharton-Smith will be working with Bahamian design professionals and Bahamian contractors on the project.
