As part of a 54,000-square-foot conversion project for Holly Hill K-8 School, Wharton-Smith constructed a new gymnasium with entrance lobby, concessions, administrative offices, and play courts for basketball and volleyball. The project also included a new two-story classroom and music building, along with renovations to the cafeteria and outside dining. The project incorporated sustainable design and building practices and achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
