The project team provided Design-Build services for the Seminole County Justice Center Annex and Parking Garage, which is the first phase of Seminole County’s Five Points Project, a 10-year master plan to develop a new campus for the existing Seminole County Justice and Emergency Services Complex. During this first phase, a new five-story parking garage was constructed along with renovations to the existing parking lot. The project also included the development of a new 4,400-ton chiller plant with a maintenance workshop and office space, as well as a new 105,000 SF Justice Center Annex office building and campus-wide utility upgrades that included including 2.5 miles of new underground chilled water piping and upgrades to the existing water, sanitary and storm systems. Design services were provided by HKS and DLR Group.
