St. Cloud’s Lakefront Park is located along beautiful Tohopekaliga and serves as a popular location for boating, picnicking, fishing and enjoying outdoor performances. During the expansion, 140 boat slips were added as well as fixed and floating docks, a new seawall with cap, and boat ramps. The marina basin was dredged and water and electric utilities were installed for boat use. The project included a 10,000-square-foot, two-story multi-purpose community building with meeting and dance hall space and a stage, a kitchen, a bathroom facility, and seven shelter structures. Grounds work included new landscaping and irrigation, decorative retaining walls, colored concrete hardscapes, new parking, lighting, a playground, splash pad, open recreation lawn, and two trail heads.

“Your team handled the project with the utmost professionalism and with constant consideration for adjacent residents. The on-site team went above and beyond giving tours to politicians, participating in filming the process and answering the questions of passers-by.” – Kristin Caborn, Former St. Cloud Parks and Recreation Director.
