The new gymnasium is a 25,000-square-foot concrete tilt-wall structure with steel joist metal decking and roof with insulation. Housing basketball courts, volleyball courts, folding bleachers, locker rooms, restrooms, and concessions, the facility supports a robust athletics program at the middle school. The project also included the demolition of the old gymnasium.
