Wharton-Smith provided general contracting services for NoDa @ 27th, including selected demolition and redevelopment of this 1950s era structure. Wharton-Smith created three new core/shell-ready spaces for restaurant and future retail. This project featured new exterior store front, elevated patios, metal panels, roofing, and new electrical service.
