Novant Pediatric Cardiology Suite

This tenant improvement project consisted of the fit-out of 5,500 square feet to meet the needs of Novant’s Pediatric Cardiology Unit in Midtown Medical Plaza. Various HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and tele/data/security modifications were completed. New and refinished casework was installed throughout for nurses’ stations, exam rooms, and reception areas. Minor exam room modifications requiring new framing and drywall as well as new paint and LVT floor coverings were also performed. This four-week project was completed on time in April 2023.
