Wharton-Smith provided preconstruction and construction management services for the complete multi-phased campus replacement project for Oak Ridge High School. The 325,000 s.f. new campus includes a new administration building, gymnasium, three new three-story classroom buildings, a media center, cafeteria, auditorium, art/music building, field house, and new athletic fields (including baseball, football, and a competition track). Also included in the scope is a new parent pick-up with separate bus loop, parking areas, retention areas, plaza, walkways, and canopies, as well as all site work and utilities required for the project.
