This project consisted of limited scope grand floor interior renovation to existing owner/tenant space. Limited demolition as needed for new construction. Construction included new partitions, millwork, finishes, lighting, ceilings, new electrical, air handling units, and distribution. The project also required all new specialty food service equipment and connections, new plumbing, floor penetrations, new exhaust hood and all new interior walk-in cooler and exterior walk-in cooler. This project was completed July 2018.
