South Daytona Elementary School

Wharton-Smith managed the construction of 88,900 square feet of additions and renovations to South Daytona Elementary School. The multi-phased campus redevelopment included the new construction of three classroom buildings, an administration building, a dining and stage addition, renovations to two existing buildings, along with a new parking, bus loop  and parent pick-up. All work was performed on an active, occupied campus while school was in session.
