Wharton-Smith provided construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the Tampa Bay Rays’ Clubhouse Renovations project. Wharton-Smith converted the existing space to locker rooms, meeting rooms, and offices for the Major and Minor league training staff. The project was completed in February of 2021.
