The Wedge

Wharton-Smith provided general contracting services for The Wedge, including selective demolition and redevelopment of two buildings to create core/shell building-ready spaces for a restaurant and retail tenant. The project also includes new hardscapes, landscapes, and parking areas outside. This project included totally new roof framing, roofing, and MEP services for the site.
