Located on 25 acres, the FBC Mortgage Stadium (formerly known as Spectrum Stadium and Bright House Stadium) seats 45,301 and serves as the crown jewel of the University of Central Florida’s growing Athletics Village. The stadium’s west side features the four-level Roth Tower which includes 24 luxury suites accessible by private elevator. In addition, it houses an 8,200-square-foot Club Lounge that seats more than 800, a spacious press box, and administrative suites. The stadium provides ample ADA seating for more than 450 wheelchairs and more than 18,000 square feet of locker room space for coaches, sports medicine, and equipment storage.
A recent addition to the stadium is the East Side Club, a 10,000-square-foot, Florida-themed social area and lounge located between the 30-yard lines. The unique space features chair-back stadium seating, as well as an open-air sun deck to enjoy the game. Refreshments, televisions, private restrooms, and other amenities are also available.
“The University of Central Florida was very fortunate to have Wharton-Smith on this project and the coaches, the players, and the student body is ecstatic about their new on-campus stadium. The stadium is truly a reflection of Wharton-Smith’s workmanship. You delivered what you promised on time and within the budget restrictions which resulted in a great product.” – Jack Price, Assistant Director, University of Central Florida
