Valencia College’s Centers for Teaching/Learning Innovation (CTLI) serve as a hub for collaboration, innovation, advancement of teaching, active learning, scholarship and technology. Wharton-Smith worked with the College and RLF Architects to develop space for the CTLI at the College’s West Campus.

The project consisted of completely gutting the third floor and reconfiguring the interior space with new drywall partitions, new ductwork, ceilings, lighting, electrical, low voltage, doors, paint and carpet to create administrative office space, collaborative meeting space and a new break room. System upgrades were also provided to allow for the technology needs of the CTLI.
