Wharton-Smith provided Construction Management at Risk on the Western Reuse Storage and Pumping Facility for Toho Water Authority. The project included a new reclaimed storage and pump station facility consisting of two 4-million-gallon ground storage tanks, one influent meter station, one effluent meter station, one pump building comprised of an electrical room, sodium hypochlorite system, and provisions for six vertical turbine pumps.
