Wharton-Smith served as General Contractor towards this $36 million design-build advancement alongside CDM Smith and Tetra Tech. This new development included a reverse osmosis facility, 5 MG water storage tank, 15 well pumps in well drills, and much more. The new system can now produce up to 6.4 million gallons of finished water per day.
