Team members at the Palm Beach Gardens office participated in their 2nd Annual Holiday Food Drive through CROS Ministries, gathering nine boxes with 239 pounds of shelf-stable grocery items. It was a great success with monetary donations from our project team at Atlantic-Sapphire. Our subcontractor, Smith Aerial Photography, and local business Tequesta Tire donated multiple bags of groceries.

CROS Ministries has been in the community for more than 40 years. Their mission is to serve the hungry in Palm Beach and Martin Counties through community partnerships. They have seven community Food Pantries and one mobile “pop-up” pantry distributing food in six locations.

“Community food drives like ours help ensure those individuals, seniors, children, and their families get emergency food assistance when they need it,” said Stacy Shapiro, Sr. Project Assistant. “There was an overwhelming response to the food drive. I was so proud to be the person delivering the groceries and seeing the facility. We can do even more with an additional food drive in the summer.”
