On July 14, Wharton-Smith hosted Chef Edwin Cabrera from Advent Health at our Corporate Headquarters in Sanford for an exciting culinary demonstration. Dozens of employees attended the event and had the opportunity to sample delicious dishes prepared by Chef Edwin, including tomato and mango salad and whole wheat pasta with spiralized zucchini and spinach pesto.

Throughout his career, Chef Edwin has worked at renowned establishments, including Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Bistro de Paris, Tantra, and Canyon Ranch Health Spa. Currently, Chef Edwin works for Advent Health, promoting health and wellness through food.
