The Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) has unveiled its Best Places to Work list for 2023. We proudly announce that Wharton-Smith ranked No. 18 in the large company category.
Participants were judged and received a performance score based on an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The survey evaluated team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, and more.
