On December 1, Space Coast Commercial team members, subcontractors, vendors, and dignitaries from Brevard Public Schools celebrated the Topping Out of the recently named Viera Middle School. See event pictures.
Attendees received small gifts like tape measures, lunch boxes, and hard hats and entered to win raffle prizes of two TVs, combo drill and driver sets, YETI coolers, gift cards, and more. Valentinos, which is owned and operated by the same family that owns and operates Leo’s Concrete, catered the event.
“We are thankful for the hardworking and dedicated subcontractors keeping the project on schedule while prioritizing safety,” said Project Manager Gregory Grammenos.
About the Project:
The $50 million project is a 140,000-square-foot middle school campus with an administration building, a classroom building, and a gymnasium slated to open in August 2024. The campus will also include tennis and basketball courts, a track, a soccer field, and the signature Viera golf cart loop.
