Fire Station 26 will be the first station built in Palm Coast in almost 20 years. The prototype station involves the greenfield construction of a 10,000 SF, single-story CMU building featuring three apparatus bays, living quarters, PVC roofing, and 3.75 acres of developed land. The project also includes a Confined Space Training Prop with RCP pipe and structures.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the groundbreaking of Fire Station 26 in Palm Coast,” said Assistant Project Manager Caitlin Dunlop. “This milestone reflects our collaborative efforts with the city of Palm Coast and Schenkel Shultz to bring a 10,000 SF station to the Seminole Woods and Quail Hollow communities.  During the ceremony, it was emphasized that this station is set to serve over 7,000 households, significantly improving emergency response times in the area. We look forward to its completion over the next 12 months.”
